ALERT REGARDING REQUESTS FOR SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION OR PAYMENT TO SUBMIT CLAIMS
Please click here for more information.
If you were a Facebook user in the United States between May 24, 2007, and December 22, 2022, inclusive, you are eligible for a cash payment from a Class Action Settlement.
UPDATE (current as of March 14, 2025):
We are pleased to announce that the settlement has been approved and all funds will be disbursed to eligible claimants by September 15, 2025.
As previously reported, on October 10, 2023, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California issued an Order Granting Motion for Final Approval of Settlement, an Order Awarding Attorneys’ Fees, Expenses, and Service Awards, and a Final Judgment.
Although the Court's Order was appealed, with objectors arguing that attorney fees and expenses should be paid by claimants, on February 13, 2025, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals entered a Memorandum rejecting this argument and affirming the Court's Judgment, confirming that these costs will be covered separately.
We appreciate your patience throughout this process. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
